Stop the madness!
- I will not pull my iPhone out every time I step into an elevator.
- I will not check Facebook before I check my email
- I will do my best to simply enjoy things, accepting that some people will go through life without knowing about it
- I will sit in a restaurant with my phone in my pocket, and not on the table
- I will not go to Facebook immediately after writing this to make sure it was shared.
